| How can I earn income on the TeamBuilder plan? |
| Recruit an associate to Prudential Carruthers Realtors and you will earn 1% of that agent’s closed GCI as long as both of you are with Prudential Carruthers Realtors or Prudential Carruthers Referrals. |
| Can I earn more? |
| Absolutely! If the agent you recruit grossed more than $60,000 in GCI with another local area real estate company in the prior year, you will be bonused another 2 ½% on your own GCI for 12 months. |
| What if the recruited agent did not earn $60,000 GCI in the prior year? Can I still make more? |
| If the recruited agent earns more than $60,000 GCI within his or her first 12 months of affiliation, you will earn a bonus equal to 2 ½% of your closed GCI. |

| When will these bonuses be paid? |
| All bonuses will be paid within 30 days at the end of each calendar quarter. |
| Will my TeamBuilder bonuses be included in my earnings for commission level determination? |

| How do I register a candidate for TeamBuilder? |
| Complete a TeamBuilder registration form AND assist the Branch Manager in getting an appointment with the candidate. |
